Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect
Account details you give us (name, mobile number, email, business name) and the records you enter into the app: your customers' names, mobile numbers, addresses, vehicle numbers, document expiry dates and fee details. Aadhaar numbers are optional; enter them only if you are legally entitled to hold them. Payment details are collected and processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank password.
2. How we use it
To run the app, send reminders you trigger, calculate your reports, process subscription payments, provide support, and prevent misuse.
3. Your customers' data
You are responsible for the data about your own customers and for having their permission to contact them. We process it only on your behalf.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to operate the service (for example Razorpay for payments, hosting providers) and where law requires.
5. Security and retention
We use reasonable technical safeguards. We keep data while your account is active and delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period after you ask us to close the account, unless law requires us to keep it.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data by emailing us (see Contact).

Terms & Conditions

1. Service
KAR Agent Seva, operated by Sidra Enterprises (proprietor Saqlain Jagirdar), is a software tool for managing customers, vehicle document dates, reminders and payments. We are not a government body, are not affiliated with any RTO, and do not issue, renew or guarantee any government document.
2. Accounts
You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Fees and payment
Plans and prices are shown on the Pricing page in INR. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Subscriptions run for the chosen period and may be renewed by you.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, spam, or to store data you have no right to hold. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Reminders
WhatsApp and SMS messages are sent through your own device or channels you trigger. You must have your customers' permission to message them.
6. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 3 months. We are not liable for missed deadlines or penalties arising from document expiry.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may end service for violation of these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Karnataka have jurisdiction.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us. Access continues until the end of the paid period; no further charge is made after cancellation.
Refunds
If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or could not use the service because of a fault on our side, write to us within 7 days of the payment and we will refund the amount. Otherwise, fees for a period already started are non-refundable.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digital service
KAR Agent Seva is an online software subscription. No physical goods are shipped.
Delivery
Access is activated in your account within minutes of successful payment, and a confirmation is sent to your email or mobile number. If access is not activated within 24 hours, contact us and we will resolve it.
